Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 12, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products provided by Universal Apex Construction and Roofing.

1. No Refunds on Labor

All labor charges are non refundable.

Once labor has been performed, including but not limited to inspections, tear off, installation, repairs, or related roofing services, no refunds will be issued for labor costs.

2. Workmanship Warranty

While labor is non refundable, Universal Apex Construction and Roofing stands behind the quality of our workmanship.

We warrant our work against:

• Improper installation
• Installation errors
• Workmanship defects

If a verified workmanship issue is identified within the warranty period stated in your signed contract, we will correct the issue at no additional labor cost.

3. Manufacturer Defects

Materials used in your project may be covered under manufacturer warranties.

If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects:

• Replacement of the faulty product will occur where applicable
• Manufacturer terms and conditions will apply
• Coverage is subject to manufacturer approval

Universal Apex Construction and Roofing does not manufacture roofing materials and cannot extend warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

4. Material Replacement

In the event materials are determined to be faulty or defective:

• Replacement products will be installed where applicable
• Approval may be required from the manufacturer or supplier
• Time may be required to process claims and obtain replacement materials

5. Refund Request Review Process

Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing.

All refund requests:

• Will be reviewed by management
• Require inspection and verification
• Are subject to approval

We require reasonable time to investigate, inspect, and approve or deny all refund requests. No refunds will be issued without written approval from Universal Apex Construction and Roofing.

6. Limitations

This Refund Policy does not apply to:

• Damage caused by severe weather or Acts of God
• Structural shifting
• Improper maintenance
• Modifications by third parties
• Insurance carrier payment disputes

7. Governing Agreement

If any provision of this Refund Policy conflicts with a signed project contract, the signed contract shall govern.
